okay so my cousin dyed my hair dark brown but like.. it turned out black. and in some spots its fading but some it wont. does anyone know how to get it out?

It will strip out the color and be uneven, but the black will supposedly come out.. so you will be able to dye another color over it to cover it up. using that, really damages your hair so you'll have to get hair treatments that deep condition.
shampoo a lot. you could even leave some shampoo in your hair for about half an hour or so. hot water makes dyed hair "bleed" the color out/fade. you won't get good results after one try. black is hard to get out without bleaching.
you can try to go to a salon. probably make your hair healthier when they remove the color than doing it yourself.
a dish soap cap sometimes works. you put dish soap in your hair for 20 minutes or so and you buy one of those shower caps.. put it on. it takes away the color.. but you probably won't see the difference until a few tries.
you can wait so your hair doesn't get damaged. but yeah, "once you go black, you never go back"
i dyed my hair black about 4-5 months ago. still have some pieces in it.
