well as soon as you said "that work with skirts anddddd jeans anddddd capris" i immediately thought "black converse."
i have a pair of black converse, & you can pretty much wear them with anything. you can wear it if you're a prep with a denim mini skirt and cute hollister shirt, or if you're in between, like a pair of wetseal jeans & forever 21 t-shirt.
you can also try vans. i know there's a myth that says, "only skater girls can wear vans" SO not true.

also, try skimmers! they're sort of like ballet flats except less formal & more casual.

Oh man, I know how this goes, i wear a size <u>11</u> shoe! Try on some addidas, nike, Converses, and ballet flats. Even though addidas and nike are more for sports, there deffinitly cute with any outfit. Payless has awesome shoes for low prices. Hope I helped! Happy Summer!
