if youre talking about in a mall try spencers or something similar (sorry i dont go to malls). but f youre talking about websites try findcoolclothes.com, infectiousthreads.com, or angryyoungandpoor.com. they have great choices/varieties of clothing & accesories and dont take a long time to deliver. but hot topic is actually really expensive. try using it as a last-minute or worst case cenario store. ive also heard that adeline clothing line is really good too.
a lot of times cheap clothing stores can sell you the basics & you can fix the clothes up yourself and they look really good. a lot of times that can be the easiest, cheapest, and creative choice.

anywhere if you look hard enough.

the store doesn't have to be labled "emo" for it to sell good clothes.

Do not worry about what people think of you. Just being yourself is what's important. Dress, act, talk, and walk how you want to, not how you think you have to because everyone else is doing it and whatnot. Trust me, even if you are trying to fit in by acting and looking like the standards that some people set, unless you are really emo or punk, and you don't just want people to classify you as emo or punk, you'll start feeling really uncomfortable not being in your own skin.

If you need anymore help, just ask. :)
