Question Posted Thursday July 19 2007, 7:47 pm
my names lisa...(13/f) ok so im good friends, well actually best friends, with this guy named jake...and for some wierd reason i think im starting to like him, but im way to scared to ask him out or anything because im afraid it would wreck our friendship. Plus i have no idea if he even likes me or not...some people say he does but i dont know for sure. What do i do!?!?!?!
Its really common for girls who have BGFs (Best Guy friends) to like their guy friend after a while. After All, there's a reason you guys became friends in the first place! My advice is to tell him, and if he likes you, GREAT! but if he really is your BGF,and he doesn't think of you in the same way, then it shouldn't hurt your BFF status. It may be a little awkward at first, but its ok! the only way to know is to ask!
