Usually when your friends go out with guys and break up the guys are kinda "off limits" to any friends. She might just think it will be weird when you go out with him because since she broke up with him she probably doesnt wanna see him much and she might feel outta place if you are all somwhere together. If she isnt really good friends with him still. I would just talk to her about it more. Even htough she says that she is okay with it she might jus be casying that cause she wants you to do what makes you happy. Have a good long conversation with her about it then its all up to you.
