Well I do know that when you loose weight your boobs do go byebye, and you can't just do crunches to get nice abs. Crunches are great for a good stomach but you have to eat better too and have more exercise ingeneral. If you do eat good already thats great. If you want to get rid of your stomach do any of these..

I like crunches just because they are nice and simple and I can do as many as I want in a day. Im not sure that you (if you loose a noticeable amount of weight) can keep your boobs the same size. It might differ for people. Just eat right, get active, do stomach stuff (crunches, sit ups, bicycles, throw downs). Hope this helped
