I'm going to take a guess you're asking how to win back the guys this girl is taking from you?
If so, there really isn't a way. Sucks. I know, but you can't control how people feel, and if they are or aren't attracted to you or another person. Just keep being yourself, that's what they liked in the first place, right?
Don't change yourself to be somebody you're not, because then they'll like you when you're not even being yourself.
