um, fatty mc fat fat? :)

Hi, everyone :)
Ok, so I've just been wondering about this, since cheering has started again..
I don't like my body. I know most people don't. I'm 14, 4'11', and last I checked, 100 pounds (possibly lower or higher, my scale is crap, and I usually add weight to it). I don't like my stomach, despite all of the curlups I do. You can see the lines for abs, but then you see the little 'muffin top' thing I have. Basically the bottom section of my stomach hangs over shorts/ect. It REALLY bothers me. I've gotten used to sucking in, and I look alright like that, but eh.. I just don't like how I look. And then my stomach like, folds when I sit. It's disgusting. I feel really self concious of it, and I don't know if it's normal or not, but that's not my problem, really..
My mom just got me this new swim suit. I'm used to wearing this trunk-like bakini, but the one my mom got is like a real one, and it shows alot. I feel really weird in it.. I've been trying to diet. I've been fairly good about the snacks.
Well, here I'll write about my exercise/diet habits, and see what you guys have to say about how much weight I can lose/how I'll look, eventually..

Diet:
Ever since I've tried to start losing weight, I've been alright about eating. I haven't had an appetite, lately, so I haven't eaten much for the past couple of days. But usually, I eat two meals (it's hard for me to get the 5-6 meal thing in..) And I eat pretty well at meals. And then I have a few snacks during the day. I've been very careful about not having really fatty snacks. I don't cave into ice cream/that kinda stuff anymore, and I'm totally proud of myself.
I usually don't eat beef/steak.. I'd like to be a vegetarian, but mom wont let me, so I don't know if that counts for anything. Some of the meals I eat are fairly fatty, though..
(That will all be messed up for the next week, though.. I'm going to the beach on saturday, so..)

Exercise:
Exercise habits.. not so good. Haha. Well, cheerleading just started, and we have to go running at six in the morning. We run two-three miles every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. At running, we also do 60 pushups and only 150 curlups. Then, I have gymnastics on Tuesdays. I work on running and standing moves. Other than that, though, I've been pretty lazy with exercising.


So, is that enough to help lose weight? Or maybe tone my body?

Hopefully this picture can help you guys figure stuff out, and hopefully you guys can help out! I'm sorry this has been so long, btw. :(

its great that you to crunches but it only works your upper abs! try to do more core exercises!
EX: get into a push up position but with your elbow/forearms on the ground and hold!!

Well Im for sure no work out type of person. But i was told that doing crunches and all pushes the fat inside down to the lower part of your abs. I have the same thing. And I was told that if you get an exercising ball and do crunches on that it will help the lower part. Bc you are bending your back more and using all your abs to get back up. But in a normal crunch your only using the top. I just started trying doing this and while doing it the lower ab was hurting, so I think it works. Sorry this doesnt really help. But I hope it does<3
