Yes, but more athletic girls, or dancers, or cheerleaders are stretched out from being so flexible that it doesn't hurt them as bad. All in all, it'll hurt, whether it hurts a lot or hardly at all.

For girls it will usually hurt the first few times because we're not used to it.
Once you get used to it it feels good.

the first time it will be sort of painful and uncomfortable...but you get used to it and it does become pleasurable...but usually the first couple of times aren't really pleasurable...they're a little more on the painful side.
