Kissing can indeed lead to pregnancy in some casing. It can cause more things to happen, eventually leading to sexual intercourse. But kissing itself cannot impregnate you. You need to have penis-vagina penetration to become pregnant.

Kissing? I don't think so. I mean, it can lead to sexual acts, but if you're careful about it & can control yourself, then you won't go further than kissing.
But sex leads to pregnancy.

Smooching as in kissing? No, it doesn't. Pregnancy is caused by a penis entering a vagina and sperm fertilizing a woman's egg to create a zygote. If you're just kissing- you won't get pregnant.
