Powders

Question Posted Saturday July 14 2007, 1:12 am

I am working out for a special event in a few months and I want to try some powders you can make in a shake or add to your water that will help me slim down. I walked into GNC and was totally confused, they all looked like bulking up powders. I'm looking to slim down, lose weight, get tone. I'm obviously going to be eating right and working out but are there any powders that can really help me lose the weight faster, if so what are they?

Oh yeah.. it's about 30 pounds I need to loose by September/October.

I know this sounds unrealistic but my healthy weekly weight loss rate is 3 pounds. There are approximately 4 weeks in a month, you do the math.. it works. But I'm hoping that the powder will make it go faster and more effective.

The GNC powder is great for an energy boost. It also tastes good[add milk not water] But it won't magicly bulk you up.It will help you get toned and have energy !Hope I helped
