Question Posted Thursday July 12 2007, 4:19 pm

I have the Verizon Samsung SCH-U740 cell, and when I try to download games it says:
"Unable to verify your account information. Please call Customer Service."
What's the customer service number and what should I say/ask?

Dear Verizonn,
You can find the customer service number on the verizon website. When you actually get a person, tell them what you asked/said here. They should know what to do.
Hope you get your games!
Missy
