They have recently rasied the price. It used to be $0.10, but it now $0.15. At least that's what my bill says, it could be different in differnt areas, but I doubt it. Expect to pay between $0.10 - $0.15 for a text.

Ten cents. Certain plans are fiften though. I think that's just the pay-as-you-go old plans, though. I've always seen it as 10. Remember that you'll get charged for received AND sent, not just sent. If you're "IN" [extra $10 a month] you get unlimited texting to Verizon, and 500 to other networks. :)
