softball, again When we were doing our sprints.
We have to run across the gym 10 timees
then the next group goes.
then 9,8, 7.
and so on.
I couldnt even get past 6 sprints.
I felt like I was going to pass out.
& I dont like that feeling.
& then I feel like a wuss because I cant do it and everyone else can.
I know I am out of shape, but I dont want people to think of me as a wusssss.

ooh those are called suicides. ehh and i know what you mean for soccer i was always the one who finished last but no one ever said anything because i pushed myself you just have to try dont give up because then people will say something if you keep giving it an effort they'll respect you for trying and also breath in through your nose and out through your mouth that should help the oxygen getting to your muscles so that you can keep up a little bit more. good luck :) ]
If you keep showing up to practice, put in an effort, and keep the whining to a minimum... no one will have anything to complain about. Try going to the gym, or doing some running outside of practice to help improve your stamina. It really should only take you about a month of hard training at the most to get you to be as good as, or even better than your friends. ]
