online shopping

Question Posted Wednesday July 11 2007, 6:20 pm

I like to shop online because I can find unique things that a lot of people don't have around my school and stuff and also there isn't a mall or anything within almost seventy miles. I usually have my mom and dad pay with their credit card and I pay them in cash for my purchases but they cancelled their credit card because of the interest rates or something like that. So does anyone know of any sites where I can pay by check or money order? Thanks a zillion.

i'm pretty sure that on paypal you can use check and money orders. also, you could ask your parents to get a debit card (it is like writing a check, it withdraws directly from your bank account) because many websites let you use those. visa also has giftcards (i had one and used it a couple online places) that work just like a visa card, and i think you can probably get those at walmart or target if your parents give you an allowance or whatever. if your parents give you a certain amount of money per month or something, go to target/walmart/wherever and buy the visa gift card and then you can shop online with it or use it in a regular store. and i'm not positive, but i think that delias.com lets you pay by check/money order. haha :)

unfortunately most good sites you have to have a credit card. very few site let you buy online without one. but you might be able to use a free paypal account to buy stuff. im not to sure if you need a credit card to deposit cash into your paypal, but lots of sites have the paypal option. hope this helps!
