what you can do is use a little bit of mousse, run it all through your hair, follow up with a little bit of hair gel and then some hair spray, and then grab a towel, hold it somewhat on the palms of your hands and scrunch up with it. Just kind of grab the hair and push upwards with the towel. If your hair is naturally curly I would say use more mousse.

The answers below are irrelavent. What you need to do is wet your hair put a LITTLE mousse in the palm of your hand. Rub hands together and scruch your hair lightly. At first scrunch a lot and after a while start is scrunch it just every like five minutes, simple darling!
