Hey sweetie, I think it would be totally cool if you didn't tell her so she would be on edge until you got there. Atleast that's what I would want to happen to me =]. Well, hope I helped!!

Hmm. This is a random idea I thought of just now. It's weird but I would think it's cool if it happened to me..

You could put her plane ticket [if you're going on a plane] in a plastic baggie and hide it in her cake.. And maybe ask a bakery to make the cake a Las Vegas theme. Make sure she doesn't cut the ticket in half with the knife when she cuts the cake though. :P [if that's even possible].

Something like that i'm sure she'd enjoy.
Good luck :]

Something my parents always used to do with my when I was young... Invite her over, and give her a slip of paper saying here the next slip is hidden, and then keep leading her around the yard with each slip of paper. At the end maybe give her a clue like sin city or something, and then say happy birthday, lol! That's my idea!

Or for a basket, you could put a little slot machine, poker chips, cards, just vegas related things, lol!

Hope it helped!
