how would you get your hair like this

my hair is naturally a frizzy wavy curly thing goin on, but i straighten it flat, and it has natural volume.

You need to use lots of hair products if you're hairs frizzy so use a straightening balm and a cream that de-frizzes your hair, then follow some tips:

Dear Hair,
Straigten flat. Curl certain parts with curling iron, not too much, light curls, don't keep the iron on too long. Run fingers through lightly if necessary.
