ok i've been walking well power walking three miles a day for a while now is walking the best thing to do to lose weight on your thighs and your legs basically??? also if i eat really healthy and drink lots of water and keep exercising everday or like 5 days a week howmuch weight do you think i could lose by the end of sumer just like an estimate???

Bike riding is also really good for your legs as well as being fairly easy. Jumping rope is more difficult with faster results.
