So you like him, but do you ever hang out? When you say talk online, are you limited to that because you can't hang out? Do you just not hang out, or does he live somewhere different than you. You didn't really specify much, but I'll answer for both.
Well, if he lives near you, I'd suggest hanging out with him. Go catch a movie sometime? Go to the mall? And flirt with him a little. Smile at him, laugh at his jokes, see how he responds.
If he lives far away, and you're thinknig of a long distance thing, I haven't ever been in this situation, so I'm speaking purely from opinions. I think it could work. Though, I'm a strong believer in "love conquers all". But if you like each other, go for it. I mean, let him know. Like I told the other girl you reffered to, life's too short to sit around and wonder what could've been. Tell him, ask his opninion, and see where it goes. Good Luck!
