is there any way to stop being friends with someone without directly saying it or ignoring them?

Whenever your in a conversation with them bore them. Like if they say how was your day simply say ok. Don't countinue on the conversation just the basic answer to were they get bored and then they'll make an excuse to leave or something.

Well its better to meet them in person and tell them. but no matter what your going to have to directly say it. You could write her a letter or Instant message email ect.
