does airpopped popcorn really burn calories?

you can probably burn calories if you run a mile every time you eat a popcorn..

No, I don't think so. Anything you eat, adds calories. But air popped popcorn is about the lowest calorie thing that you can eat. It is very low in calories, and has no fat. I doesn't taste that great either, kind of bland, but it is healthy. Remember this. Popcorn is NOT a vegetable, it is a starch. So if you are on say the weight watchers diet, popcorn goes in the starch column, not the veggie column. Hey if you are eating air popped popcorn instead of potato chips, then good for you, and go ahead eat all you like.
