advicenators being sued? truth or rumor?
My friends friend from here, heard from somebody else that this site is being sued, because there is people under 13 on here, and its not like allowed or something, and its not allowed by the state or something, and like the people that run the site arn't stopping all the 13 and under people. so i was just wondering if this is true?

Rumor.
In the U.S.A. there is a law called COPA, which prohibits people under 13 from using websites where any personal data about them is collected at all. Since having an account here requires an e-mail address, nobody under 13 is allowed to use this site.
Every user found to be under the age of 13 is removed from this site.
In the future, all site related business questions should be referred to me through the "contact us" link.
