what are the chances of pregnancy when a tampon is intact, and some of the males bodily fluids MAY [im unsure if any] have come in contact with that region?

(Mostly likely he did) If you keep the tampon in, and removed it much later. I think you are OK. No way semen or fluid would have been able to get in. Especially if he didn't actually ejaculate.
