Summer Reading.

Question Posted Thursday July 5 2007, 11:03 pm

I need some new books to read.
I'm 15/f.
I enjoyed Sarah Dessen, the Twilight series, and Gossip Girl.
I would prefer books that aren't in a series, too :]

Granted, I don't know any good recommendations off hand - but check out www.librarything.com - you enter a book you like to read and it'll make recommendations for you.

for schoool i had to read
speak by Laurie Halse Anderson
its about a girl that used to be really popular in middle school and then at teh end of the year party she called the cops and then everyone in her high school hated her and throughout the story she tells like parts in why she called the copss and stuff and its just amazing haha.

and my friend read
Make Lemonade by Virginia Euwer Wolf
she said it was really good , and its not about actually making lemonade its like about this girl whos 17 and has 2 kids and shes tring to make the best out of her life , like the saying when life gives you lemons make lemonade.. yeah but i guesss its really good so you could try those.
