Do whatever feels good. Walking is real good so you should start. If you don't have a tremil maybe go for walks with your little sitter (stroller or not). Bike riding is great too, if you ever have time for that. Since your stuck inside do crunches or situps. Theres so many exercises to do. But mostly, cardio will help burn calories eventaully helping loose weight. And cardio gets your heart pumping. So running, biking, swimming, jump roping, anything active do that.
That site has a bunch of stuff you can do inside. Crunches will help with yuor stomach- I had a stomach like that and I do 100 (most days) crunches and it went away. So try 100+ crunches a day. But of course if you don't eat right you don't even need to bother trying to loose weight. Eat good- cut out fast foods, pops, sweets, alot of snacking. Dont' starve yourself at all! But before eating a bowl of icecream ask yourself.. "Do i really need this"?. Try a breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. Keep it small though, make sure not to over eat. And your last meal should be atleast 2 hours before yuo sleep. I keep the last thing I eat before 7 usually. Here..
