Lifeguarding.

Question Posted Wednesday July 4 2007, 2:25 pm

I want to take the test to be certified as a lifeguard. I only want to spend 1 day or 1 week doing this, not like a whole month, and I don't want to pay alot. Is this possible? and where can I get information and stuff. I tried googling it but it was hard and I didn't understand anything. Thank you soo much. Oh yeah and I live in CT, so anywhere near there would be great.

I'm also 14, turning 15 in 3 weeks.

well, i dont really know anything about being a certified lifeguard...but check places like the YMCA. I think you need to take a course or something, but they will tell you everything you need to know. sorry i couldnt be more help but i dont know ... and especially in CT ... go to your local YMCA or pool...that would be my sugestion.
