My computer's so slow...

Question Posted Tuesday July 3 2007, 4:09 pm

My computer got insanely slow somewhere along the way.A few weeks ago I took thousands of songs off of my computer and transfered them onto my iPod,I deleted a bunch of programs I don't use,got rid of the games, cleaned up my HD,did a few spyware checks...and it still isn't much better.

What major things slow your computer down and how can I get it back to normal without buying new hardware.
