this is regarding the hair on your eyebrows
why is it that when you pluck them, somtimes theres a little black ballstuck to the bottom and somtimes its white and somtimes there is none?

its just how much you got out of your skin. the ball on the end/ the white stuff means you got the whole thing out. like you pulled out the root. if there is nothing then you jsut got the hair that you can see on the outside of your face. =)

The black is the root of the hair you plucked. If you really want it gone just wax it, if not just wait till it grows out to pluck it again. It's really not that bad unless you're really close up to your face. The color all depends on how deep the hair was.

black means basically it wont grow back for a while b/c its like the 'root' and the none means the hair broke and will grow back soon
