Anyway, I'm going to assume you want a way for guys to notice you.
Confidence. Walk with your head held high. Now, I'm not saying be cocky and full of yourself. But if a guy sees that you are proud of who you are, he will take notice.
Other than that, go up to him and talk to him. He won't notice you if you never say anything. Strike up a conversation. And be yourself =]. Everyone likes genuine people.

You can't just find a guy for the point of finding a guy. A relationship like that will be bumpy, and kind of one-sided, because you won't really like him, for him, you'd like the idea or a guy being there to hold your hand, give you sweet hugs and kisses and be there whenever you need him to be. Try taking it slow, you never know, maybe you have someone you really like right under your nose..
