ok you are really skinny im 5'4 and 116 anyway i have a ton of curves everywhere and so my thighs fit in really well. But i'm told there is no way to make your thighs smaller, i bet your a toothpick and your thighs are really tiny you just want something to worry about, what i suggest is ask your boyfriend or dad what they think they always will tell the truth as long as you dont cry at whatever they say.

Do a cardio routine like running or jogging. It'll help burn fat in general and mostly in your thighs since you'll be working your legs out. Muscle will build though, but no worries it'll be natural looking not muscular. Stick with the cardio though, it'll help burn the fat right off.

Low fat diet will help burn fat too. Try eating every few hours to keep your metabolism up also. 3 meals a day and 2 snacks so you're metabolism will stay steady. Your metabolism will help use the fat up for energy. And keep a healthy diet full of protein, veggies, diary, fruits, and whole grains full of fiber. Plus drink a lot of water!

Hope this helps and good luck. :)

I have the same problem as you! I am slim on top and have skinny legs but quite curvy thighs. I used to hate them but i've grown to love them. You can't make your legs look skinnier withoutlosing weight in the wrong places but just remember everyone is different and men do like a bit of meat on their bones! I go the gym regularly and work out, which doesn't make them look skinnier but it certainly tones them up. The best advice I can give you is to drink lots of water and go the gym - work on your legs treadmill or something. Just remember curves are more sexy than bones! Another thing you can do is wear certain clothes to make them look thinner such as black, very slimming colour and avoid stripes or trousers which are too tight. High waisted trousers will make your legs looks longer and thinner too. Hope this helps!
