Question Posted Friday June 29 2007, 1:59 pm

I slept in a weird position the other day and since then my neck and part of my back has been hurting me like crazy. Does any of you know certain things I can do to make it feel any better?

have some one rub it for youu =P
take some advil.
if it still hurts in a week
ask your mom to take you to the chiropractor.
but im guessing it'll just go away on its own.

:( Got a crick in your neck? For me, I just have to endure the pain. Massages, stretching, and rubbing the affected areas helps but not by much. I think you just have to wait until the next day.
