I know what you mean, I used to think about things before I said them and they still always came out wrong! Don't want to sound ageist, but when you get older and mature you will learn more and you will do this less and less. I have stopped doing this as much as i've gotten older. I think it's just to do with age and maturity. Don't worry about it. Keep thinking about things before you open your mouth and if you do say something wrong, think about what you said and make a mental note of why you shouldn't have said it! If you keep doing this you will learn more and more and eventually the problem will go away.
:D

It's like word vomit. I always do it. You know what you want to say and it's perfectly planned in your head, and once you say it it totally comes out wrong. Best advice is just to rethink what you say (know you do it already), and also think how it's going to affect others. Sometimes you know what you want to say but don't realize how it's going to affect someone. Try doing that for a while. Sometimes we don't realize that even one little word could have a huge affect on someone.

Hope this helps. :)
