you could possibly try ebay. My dad got a AWESOME HP laptop on there for like 150.00 and it works amaysing and it was in great shape!! i say its worth a try :]

Sorry, its the truth but THE cheapest laptop I've ever seen I think was like 430 dollars and it barely had anything on it = We all wish they could be good and 200 dollars :(

You most likely won't find a good laptop for under $200. You can watch the papers for sales though. Or check the internet.
