meet aliens on other neiborhood than strangetown

hey i have tried and tried to meet aliens on other neiborhoods than strangetown but cant. is this possible?

well if you are talking about the sims.
then yes you can meet them on other neighberhoods.

i made my own neighberhood and my husband guy got abducted.
so it is very possible.

i think maybe they have to have a kind of high logic skill count

just keep trying it will happen eventually.

And if so, I've never met them anywhere other than Strangetown.
