on your internet browser.

Click tools > options > clear private data/delete history/delete cookies

then

start > accessories > system tools > disk cleanup

and remove all temporary files and internet files.

Don't forget though, that removing these files WILL CAUSE SUSPICION if she's checking up on you, as their absence could be just as bad.

If you want to learn how to just get rid of the myspace ones, then you'll have to google it.

Happy surfing :)

you need to CLOSE the browser first, and then right click on your Internet Icon on your start menu, then go to internet options, and clean it from there (assuming you are using internet explorer 7)

Oh my gosh. That always happens to me. It totally sucks. Well, I mean yeah, clear history and stuff. Try re-starting the computer and seeing if it's still there because it'll still be there until you re-start your computer. Umm. I hope that works ... :]
