TANNING. Tommorow me & my friend are going out to the pool, and we really want nice dark tans. okay, so if we use SPF 30, water resistant, with UVA UVB protection sunscreen AND then put baby oil on will we tan and NOT burn?

A tan is just burnt skin rising to the surface. So, technically, if you're tanning, you're burning. If you use adequate sunscreen and reapply it frequently, your skin should only turn a few shades darker, depending on how long you're in the sun and how badly you burn. ]
it honestly just depends on your skin type and how long your out in the sun. sun screen can help, but if you're out for too long you're going to get burned.
just be careful and make sure that you dont stay for too long ]
it depends on how long you stay out. id say not more then 2 hours. But you will tan with the sunscreen and baby oil ]
