My boyfriend

Question Posted Monday June 25 2007, 8:34 pm

Ok my boyfriend and I have been together for just over two years.

Lately I have been pretty depressed about a few things that has happened.. Normally my boyfriend would be the most loving and caring person in the world but when i've tried talking to him he's just shut everything out that i've said and moved on with the conversation.

Like this morning I sent him a message saying i'm sorry for pushing you away these last few days i've been really upset and i'm sorry, I said to him that sometimes people push away the people that mean the most to them.

When he replied all he said was that he wanted this new phone. I asked him if he got my other messages he said yeah i did and nothing is going to push me away.

He means the absolute world to me, he's my Mr Perfect guys, what do I do..? What can I do to make everythiing better.. What can I do?

I feel like we have been disconnected in some way and were just not reconnecting. I don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that I feel depressed at the moment or if he doesn't love me anymore. He always tells me he loves me an he hasn't stopped telling me he loves me these last few weeks.

Is he sick of trying to make me feel better or what...?!

I don't know whats going on in his head which is strange for us.. we have always been open and honest with each other.. whats changed??

I love him and I don't want to loose him.. I need to know what to do!!

Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 2 and a half years and we just went through the same thing a couple months ago. I think every relationship has this two year mark were it kinda seems like you just dont connect anymore, I honostly think it is a test. It was really hard and lasted for about a month. We have always been really good about talking about our realtionship but this time it was different, I know exactly how you feel. But once things start to get better you'll find that your relationship will become the best you have ever been. Once you get past these two years you kinda become more than just bf and gf thats when it gets a little more serious. Just stay positve and if it is meant to be than I promise you'll get through it and your realtionship will be better than ever. Every couple goes through it about this time. I hoppe this helps, Id be happy to go into more detail about what happened and what I did so let me know. Good luck!

He doesnt know what to say about your situation. Basically yes he is tired of trying to make you feel better so he is trying to let you get better on your own. If you continue to be in this mood when hes around he is going to get tired of it and leave. You being depressed all the time is bringing him down too.
You need to find something to fix your mood and quick!
