hey katie,
i live in lp and you do know me =). i met this guys at fresh start, and i really like him. but he has a girlfriend. i like him a lot. do you know how to win a guy over?

Well make sure he might like you back because if you try flirting it might not work if he really likes his girlfriend. Just be fun, yourself (of course), and talk to him. Don't dumb yourself down or that kind of flirting like, "omg haha your hilarous omg cutie" cause sometimes thats just annoying.. but some guys might lke that? Flirt like bump into him, nudge him, smile, laugh, etc. But only if you think you have a chane. Hope this helped.. good luckk =)
