if i go to some okay college for an year and get all A's can i transfer to an ivy league or a good college second year? i dont understand.. like im majoring in medicine and if i go from like some okay school can i get into JHU?

I believe you can apply towards the end of your first or second year as a transfer student and if you get accepted, yes you can transfer. Many students that did not get into a really good school right out of high school usually do this. I don't know much about JHU but you can find out if it has any sister schools, those are usually easier to get in to and you can transfer to JHU after a year or so.
