Not unless they don't bathe on a regular basis or have an infection. If they are a clean person than it shouldn't taste to horrible. I know all women have a unique smell down there, I suppose that can go for taste as well. =)

It's not going to have the best taste in the world, but it won't gag you either. Some men really like it and get turned on by it, others... hate the whole idea of tasting it.
