i didnt think it hurt at all
only a little sore after
n itchy, just take advil
about 20 minutes before
you get it done

on a scale of 1-10 10 being the
worst pain it is probably about
a 1 or 2, and i have a really low
pain thresh hold.

usually the labor is free(you should
pay them a good tip) and the piercing varies
in price my diamond was $50.00

It doesn't really hurt! You have a needle going through your body, so yes, you will feel some pressure, but it really doesn't hurt very bad at all. Everyone has different pain tolerance. While I'm not a COMPLETE baby, I'm definitely not a suck-it-up, feel-no-pain kind of person. They didn't freeze it for me, but she told me when she was going to do it, it hurt for about 2-3 seconds while the needle was actually going through, then I just felt it throbbing a bit afterward. My left eye watered because I got my left nostril pierced, but that's your body's reaction. It wasn't because I was crying. I'd rather get that done again than go to the doctors office and get my finger pricked.

My best friend has it done too, and she didn't think it hurt either.

For me, the piercing cost 30 dollars, and I spent an additional 9 dollars on the aftercare spray to keep it clean.

You can't really prepare yourself for it. It's not something you really need preparation for. It's nothing you can't handle, I promise.

Well, here they dont freeze it. And trust me...it HURTS! And no, lol i pinched my nose and thats not what it feels like. Me and my sisters eyes watered up and my friend said it hurt more than her belly button, I dont have that done so I couldnt say. But yes, it hurts..bad. lol but its worth it! I say go for it =] Annd I think it was like 30 or 35 dollars. But hey...everybodys pain is different with piercings.

It doesn't hurt at all. Well, if you get your septum pierced it does a little.

Price will depend entirely on what region you're in - I'm in the UK and it costs 15-20 pounds, which is guess is about 30 US Dollars.

As for stopping any potential pain, the piercists will freeze the area before he does anything, so it'll be numb.

Under no circumstances should you cosume any alcohol beforehand though, as you will thin the blood and bleed everywhere!
