exercise & eating in the morning.

Question Posted Wednesday June 20 2007, 7:40 pm

14/f

I've heard many times that it is healthiest to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up because it boosts your metabolism. But in the morning I want to walk for one hour..but I also heard it is better to eat AFTER exercising rather than before.

What can I do?
Thanks in advance. <3you.

walk, then eat. your metabolism will already be high from the excercise, & the breakfast afterwards will boost it even more. =]
