F/16 hair dying

So my friend wanted to ahve blonde hair and i tried to dye it but it came out really abd with orange clumps. then we went to a hairdresser and she screwed it up more, first chaning it to her original ahri color but more red and then putting super whtie blonde streaks ALL over the place. she wants to get it abck to her orinigal hair color, how do we do this?

You can have it striped but that damages your hair. Try finding a GOOD salon. Take a picture of her before the hair dye. They can bleach or dye it back as close as possible to her original color.

But make sure you get a good salon.
