If you go to this link and enter you weight and height it will calculate if you are at a healthy weight. You are in the upper part of the Normal weight range which is good for someone your age. A lot of girls gain a bit of weight as their bodies change and they get older.

It sounds like the foods you are eating are actually pretty healthy. Vegetables are great because most actually have negative calories (meaning you burn more calories chewing them up then they have in them to begin with)! Cheese is pretty high in cholesterol so that might be one thing to cut back on.

The best thing to do is exercise... burn more calories than you eat. Jogging and crunches are great ways to tone up. Good luck!

most of those are healthy.
you have to watch portions though.
your BMI is 23.993 and the range for 14 yr olds is 15.8-23.3 but remember that muscle weighs more than fat, do you play sports or excersise alot?
it wouldnt hurt you to loose about 7 Ibs.
swim laps at the pool.
run around your block.
do jumping jacks during commercials or when you are waiting for you internet to load.
so pounds a month or you could do a pound a week which shouldnt be to hard.
just think healthy :]
to remind yourself draw a picture of a food pyramind and hang it on your fridge

hope i helped.

No, You're not overweight.

There's a lot of new really low calorie snacks out in grocery stores today.

I'd recommend those 90 calorie pack snacks.
But make sure you don't eat a bunch, their proportioned for a reason.

I'd recommend getting rid of the cookies, no matter how much it says their low fat, they still have a high amount of sugars and fat contents.

Eat a lot of fruits and veggies!
Make a fruit salad.
Get some carrots, broccoli or cucumbers and eat them with ranch dressing! It's good for you.

Eat fresh things, Their always healthy.
And just proportion your meals, you'll be fine!

Good luck. :]
