horses and periods?

i read somewhere that its not good to ride a horse when you have your period?

You can do any sort of physical activity during your period, as long as you feel ok (sometimes people can get cramps doing certain activities).

hmm..i dont know where you heard that lol, but its deffinetly not true. riding horses can pop your hymen from bouncing up and down, but nothing will happen if you ride during your period

There's no difference whether you ride a horse with you're period or not, you're okay.

It's just like riding a bike with your period?

Wow, not the case. You might have heard that riding a horse can break your hymen, which it can, and that's only if you ride alot. There is no negative correlation between riding a horse and having your period.
