ok so i broke up with my boyfrend and like this guy named J and i dont kno if he lieks me he is like my best frend and he tells me alot and he will always like this girl that is like the nicest and most popular girl in school and she is my really good frend....J was flirting with me in the pool at a party but i cant tell if it was just him being a guy or if he was like actually flirting he was tounching at me and staring at me...i told him i liked him and he was like really thats cool and my frend asked him if he liked me and he was like i dont know..he couldnt make up his mind who he liked liked what should i do

You need to go to the source on this. Nobody but him can tell you if he likes you or not. The next time you see him mention that you are best-friends but lately you've noticed that he's flirting, touching etc. at the pool party and that you are getting mixed signals.
See what he says about it and go from there as you aren't going to find the answer to whether he likes you or is just being him or a guy elsewhere. If you confront him he will have no choice but to tell you the truth about what he's thinking.
