does he need space or concern?

Question Posted Tuesday June 19 2007, 4:10 pm

My boyfriend's dad is in the hospital & it seems to be something serious. He's been there for days and I've been trying to help and talk to him. He tells me not to worry and to focus on myself, not him. We've barely talked the last coupld of days. I feel really bad & I love him more than anything, so of course I want to be there for him. Does he just need space right now?

well, i would suggest you tell him that
you love him and that you will always be there when he needs to talk but that you will give him space because you feel thats the only way to help him right now. let him know that when he feels better that he can always count on you to talk to him, and cheer him up. make him feel speacial and most of all show him you care!

well he can just wanna seem like its no big deal so it wont scare you.
or he just wants to be the "man" and try not to show emotion.
well ima not sure, so just try when you ask him "what wrong" or "is there anything i can do to help" and he says "nothing" again..
just say u love him and then follow it up with a sincere hug
