Well, hun, I think that you should tell them exactly how you feel and ask them to be honest about thier feelings as well and go from there. If they feel the same, then it sounds like you have a beautiful thing going here. *Smiles*. If they like you, but just not as much as you like them, then... just take it slow and see how you two would work in a relationship. It sounds like your a great person and I am sure that anyone would be lucky to have someone with your passion about relationships.
