verizon is a company of the devil, if you have a plan that allows you to get a new phone every time you renew, your screwed if your phone breaks.
if your phone does break however, you have 3 options.
1. pay $200 for cancellation fee, and get a new phone
2. get a new phone, look for someone at work or close friend to give you an old phone, call verizon go through their voice automated system (oh you'll have fun with that) and get your phone switched, but remember "for an extra 10 dollars, we can transport your entire contact box into your new phone, and any files you downloaded from v-cast will be lost"
3. continue to pay the bill, until your plan expires.
i hate cell phone companies and ive had to go through this b.s. twice. and the way MY phones looking now, a third's comming. and ill tell yah what, everytime i ask for sarah sumthing, i call at the same time, and she LOVVVVESSSSS me [ god-smusgrove's advice column | Ask god-smusgrove A Question ]
